Here are a few more from the photographer’s get-together we had. This model is getting married later this year and you could just tell how much fun she had getting to wear her very cool dress. It is always fun taking wedding style pictures on a day other than the wedding as you can take your time and try all kinds of new and fun things. I had a blast taking these.

I would like to take the time to make a special thank you to:
* Singletary’s Flowers who donated the gorgeous bouquet. I have had a chance to see the work of Singletary’s many, many times for various weddings and parties that I have covered. I have always been impressed with not only the beautiful flowers, but by the very creative touches they add.
* Belles N Beau’s Bridal. This is a fairly new bridal shop that also carries prom and special occasion dresses. I understand they have a huge selection and they were kind enough to donate the vintage birdcage veil we used on the models (I LOVE that veil…I am really hoping one of my brides this year wears something non-traditional like this)
* Charlotte for arranging for a bouquet and very cool vintage veil
* Christina for fnding us a great location
* All of the photographer attendees…thanks for not only coming but many of you drive a long distance to get there. Let’s do it again soon!

I FINALLY got things together on this and the date is set for February 21st at 2pm. This is a get-together for the local photographers out there who are interested in getting to know others around the area. We currently have some coming from Tallahassee, Cairo, Tifton and of course right here in Thomasville. We are having lunch first and then for anyone that wants to stay we will do some shooting around 4 or so. The only cost associated is whatever you order for lunch

We are also looking for a couple to model for this little shoot of ours. You can be boyfriend/girlfriend or married, maybe between the ages of 18-29 or so. You must sign a model release form and you will get 5-10 of the best pictures from your session (files only) from me as a thank you and I am sure many of the other photographers will do the same. Please email me with your information and please include a picture of each of you (together or separate is fine).
