Registering and Gallery Access
Q: This is my first time on this site. What do I need to do first?
A: The first step is to click the "Register" link above and create an account with Ursula Page Photography. By registering an account, you are able to view your private galleries, keep items in your shopping cart for check out and keep a history of your photography purchases.
Q: How do I log in and view my private gallery?
A: From this page click the "Home" link above and use your email address and password that you registered with. You would have received an email from Ursula giving you the access code for your gallery. Click the "Access Gallery" link to the top right after you have logged in. Enter your access code and your on your way to viewing your gallery. After this initial setup, your gallery can be viewed by moving your cursor over the "My Account" text and click the "My Pictures" link.
Q: I can't seem to log in.
A: Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you forgot your password, click here.
Q: Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
A: Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place your order or delete them yourself. We will host the pictures for a few weeks after your gallery has expired. After that the picture are removed from the system and stored off line.
Q: I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
A: Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listed in the "My Pictures" link.
