WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR SESSION?
Generally, about 1-2 weeks after your session you will receive an email with a link to pictures. At busier times like the fall and spring, it may be on the longer side whereas in the summer or winter it may only take a few days as it all depends on our current schedule. Feel free to ask me at your session what a good estimation of your finished gallery will be.
Please be sure to add my email address (ursulapage@gmail.com) to your contact list as you may not see the emails from the studio if your email provider has strict spam controls. Clients with certain email addresses (especially ones using rose.net) will find my emails in their spam folders unless they have put these email address in their contact lists.
CLIENT GALLERIES
When sending out the gallery access information to friends and family, please relay to them that they need to create their own accounts and not use your account. It is important for people to set up their own accounts as each person can save pictures as favorites and have their own shopping cart. The access code sent to you is what is needed for your specific gallery and each session with Ursula Page Photography in the future will have a new gallery access code but the email/password account you set up in the beginning will remain the same.
With my brand new shopping cart system, you and your friends and family can pre-register to view the portraits so that once the gallery is ready, you will be given access immediately and you will be sent a notice saying that your gallery is ready and open for viewing.
Please note that the gallery stays up for two weeks. If the gallery expires, you must pay another $25 to have the gallery re-hosted for another 2 weeks. There are no exceptions. If you know you prefer an in-person ordering session, please let me schedule this right away. During your session, feel free to look around and ask questions about the various products offered. If you know in advance that you are looking for something very specific, please let me know so that I can tailor the pictures to the item you are looking towards purchasing. There is a $150 order minimum on all regulars sessions. Once the order is paid for, I will place the order with my lab(s). I do offer payment plans so please contact me for more details on these.
ORDERING PRINTS
Once you place your order, the delivery date of your pictures depends on what and when you ordered. Prints often arrive within 1-2 weeks of placing your order and sometimes less if I am about to place the order. I place orders 1-3 times a week depending on the time of year and our schedule. All books, invitations, announcements, brag books, storyboards etc., must be designed first and then approved before ordering. In the forms section of our website (look for the grey bar in the top left corner), you will find the forms needed to create these unique items for you. I ask that you fill this out as soon as possible as to not slow down the ordering process. Once I get your form, I will create a proof for you to view and make changes to if needed. Once you approve the proof, the order will be placed and those items take 2-3 weeks to arrive. There are no changes allowed or refunds for an item once you approved it and I have ordered it, so please keep note of this when viewing your proof and make sure that everything is correct. Due tot he nature of the business, there are no returns.
If you are interested in purchasing additional images from your gallery after your initial order, you can either contact the studio and place your order over the phone (the image names are printed on the back of your portraits) or you can schedule an appointment to come into the studio and place your order. I keep all portrait sessions on file for 6 months and all weddings on file for one year. If you have purchased the digital images, please back these up on multiples drives as I may not have them after the 6 month or 12 month window.
