Photography sessions with Ursula include both a session fee and a minimum print/digital file order of $175. The session fee does not include any prints or digital images. All session fees must be paid at least three days before the session or the session will be canceled. Baby Plans with discounted fees are offered and the prices vary by the number of sessions in your baby's first year. Contact Ursula for more information. Other Pricing Information
- Images will be uploaded to an online private gallery that will be available for 14 days once posted online. Once the gallery has expired, there is a $25 fee to rehost the gallery for an additional 5 days. There are no exceptions for this rehosting fee and your gallery will not be extended for free for any reason.
- All portrait images are kept for 6 months from the date of the portrait session and all baby plan images are kept for 6 months from the last baby plan session date. These images are deleted after the time frame expires.
- Larger prints, canvases, and digital images are available for purchase. Basic retouching is done on all portraits but all extensive retouching will be charged by the photo depending on what edits are requested.
- Please note that due to the nature of this business, all sales are final. All prices are good for 30 days from the session date. Orders placed at a later time are subject to the current pricing. If you need additional product pricing, please contact Ursula for more information.
- The travel allowance is up to 15 miles from downtown Thomasville. Locations outside of this area require an additional fee based on mileage (Moultrie $15, Tallahassee $25, Cairo $15, Albany $25, Valdosta $25)
